The Club has five forms of policies that they provide to the Membership; Bylaws, Club Rules, Club Policies, Culture, & Golf Information.

CLUB BYLAWS – These are member-approved changes to the overall Bylaws of the Club that the Board and Membership are required to abide by.

CULTURE BOOK – Originally created and modified by the Board and Management in 2019. This is given to all new members as they join the club, but is also available online and in hard copy for all members.

GOLF INFORMATION BOOKLET– Annual created by the Pro Shop and approved by the Match Committee. It provides the golfing membership with key dates and the club rules for dress, speed of play and access to the course for members and guests. It overlaps with Club Rules, Cultural Book and Club Policies in many places.

CLUB POLICIES
Created, modified and approved at the Board level. These policies relate to lesser used policies but assist in Board direction of a variety of areas such as members use of the club, staff policies, pesticide, tree management, video surveillance, hole in one etc. Listed throughout the Club Rules below you will find the various policies imbedded.

CLUB RULES
These are created, modified and approved at the Board level. They can relate to golf, dress, behaviour, guests access and other rules that the membership are expected to know and follow.
